Placing an order

To order, kindly order here on our WhatsApp-integrated website, message us directly on WhatsApp, or DM us via any of our social media channels and provide:

We currently only accept payments via M-PESA (Buy Goods) Kindly provide the confirmation code after payment.

You will then receive a receipt and your parcel will be prepped for delivery via bolt or Glovo parcel delivery with tracking sent to your number (for Nairobi) or via Fargo courier (outside Nairobi)

Orders are processed after payment.

Collection is also available for those who would prefer to pick-up & pay. See further below.

Delivery fees

Nairobi

Flat fee of KSH 300 for orders under KSH 10,000

Free delivery for orders over KSH 10,000

Outside Nairobi

Cost of Delivery via Fargo Courier covered by customer

Collection Options (For customers who would rather pay in person rather than prior to delivery):

Evening Pick-Up & Pay (Nairobi only)

5:30-6:30PM (except Wednesdays & Sundays)

Pick-up Location: To be confirmed during order placement

Why we currently do not offer cash on delivery

As we deliver via regular courier services, we currently do not offer cash on delivery as a payment option. Standard couriers simply leave once delivery is complete and have no obligation to wait for customers to send payment.

We are working towards getting our own dedicated delivery system/couriers in order to make pay-on-delivery available to customers in the future.

Pre-orders/Reservations

To reserve an item (above KSH 3,000) that's available for pre-order we kindly ask that you pay a deposit of KSH 1,000. Once the item is available, you will be notified in order to pay the remaining balance prior to delivery.

To reserve an item below KSH 3,000 (e.g during sales) we kindly ask that you pay a deposit of KSH 250.
