Eligibility

Items are only eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Item arrived damaged 
  • Unused/unopened items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Used items
  • Washed items
  • Items with the tag removed
  • Items damaged by or with defects caused by the customer

To avoid any issues- we recommend inspecting the item upon receipt and reporting any issues promptly.

Criteria

For an item to be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact

Refund Request Timeframe

Refunds must be requested within 48hrs of delivery

Processing of refunds

Once your refund request is approved, we will refund the amount within the same day via M-PESA

Exchange policy

All items are carefully checked before dispatch. If the product delivered matches your order and arrives in perfect condition, it is not eligible for exchange. We are unable to accept exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference once an order has been fulfilled accurately
